The instruments, bows and other equipment and sheet music that I sell on my website are from diverse sources. I am happy to announce that Instruments and bows are covered by warranties. Please contact me if you must return an instrument or bow. Returns of Howard Core brand instruments must be received by the distributor within 30 days. Bows are covered for one year from purchase date. Cases also are covered by a one year defective merchandise warranty. Products from other distributors may be covered by a different warranty. For instance, if an instrument or equipment was supplied by Metropolitan Music, the following warranty then applies:
Metropolitan Music 30-Day Retail Return Policy: Items purchased outright can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt, provided they are in like-new condition. Opened reed packages and items not in original condition are excluded from refunds.
Digital sheet music is not refundable. Printed music is refundable only in certain cases. Please email (see below) to see if your music is refundable.
Please email for the warranty that is specific to your purchased item(s). Used items are covered by my ShilakowskyArts warranty which is similar to the warranty above.

wrong product?
returns for wrong product shipped; If it can be determined by ShilakowskyArts that we made an error and shipped you the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and ship you the correct product at our expense. This rarely happens, but I wanted you to know that if it does that you will still get the satisfaction of receiving what you ordered!!! Please use the email address above as soon as possible, since we still have a limited window of time to get our distributors to change the order and ship out the corrected order. Thank you!
